Here are our top tips of items you should always provide your Airbnb guests, room by room:
GENERAL:
- A house manual. Print out a brief guide to how all the things in your home work. Include info on the check out procedure, nearby places to eat, interesting things to see, shops, etc
- A guest book. Encourage guests to write down their best tips for other guests.
- Umbrellas
- Closet space and hangers
- A desk and / or table with chairs
- A city map / city guide
- Heater /fan
- First Aid Kit
KITCHEN:
- Coffee and tea
- Basic ingredients such as sugar, salt, pepper, oil ++
- Water boiler
- Paper towels
- Cups, glasses, plates, cutlery, and pans
- Towel for dishwashing
- Dish soap
- Sponge
- A toaster
- Fridge (if shared space, you should make one or two shelves available for your guests to use)
BEDROOM:
- A universal adapter in the bedroom (for foreign travelers to charge devices)
- Extra pillows and sheets
BATHROOM
- Soap, shampoo, and lotion
- Towels (at least two per guest)
- Toilet paper
- Hand soap
- Hairdryer
- Hooks or a rack to dry towels
